Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into the original Secretlab packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
